Tenant:            Fine, thanks! Um… I have a problem. 

Landlord:         What’s the problem?

Tenant:              I don’t have any hot water. 

Landlord:         Oh, I’m sorry. 

Tenant:            Can you come by to look at it?

Landlord:         Umm… yes. How about tomorrow afternoon?                                        Around 4:00PM?

Tenant:            OK. I will be home at 4:00pm tomorrow.  Thank you!

Landlord:         See you tomorrow!
