A Lost Literacy Source Student!
Student | Excuse me officer, I think I am lost. Can you help me find my school please? |
Officer | Certainly! What's the name of your school? |
S | It's the Literacy Source Community Learning Center. |
O | Hmm, I think I know where it is. |
S | Is it far? |
O | No, it’s near here. Now, go along this street until you get to Bank of America. |
S | OK. |
O | So, at the traffic light there, turn left onto Lake City Way. |
S | Okay, I will turn left. |
O | Correct. Then go straight, take the second right and that will take you to Literacy Source. |
S | Okay, I will take the second left. |
O | No, it's the second right. |
S | Ah, right. The second right. |
O | Yes, left at the traffic lights near the bank and then the second right. |
S | Got it, thank you very much for your help. |
O | No problem, have a nice day. |

Video: Watch again
We watched a video about places in our neighborhood:
SUMMARY
Two friends, Anna and Marsha are doing errands in the city. They are in Washington DC. Anna is new to the city and Marsha knows the city very well. She helps Anna find places in their neighborhood.
First, they go to the library. Anna returns 3 books. She needs to mail three letters but she doesn’t have any stamps.
Together, they find a bank. Anna withdraws money from the ATM machine.
She buys stamps at the post office.
Finally, the two roommates go get ice cream. They both love ice cream.
